We're moving to a new location!

Heckert Health Center is very excited to announce our new location, yes we're moving to the Lakeridge One professional building at 2501 Lakeridge Drive, Suite 104 in Norfolk.
Jenna Witt, APRN will be pursuing her independent business, Fundamental Wellness at another location, and will not be joining us for primary care health delivery team. Jenna's last Thursday will be August 27, 2020.
We are excited to continue delivering primary, family healthcare and prevention as well as to have a low cost lab draw at our new location.
We will be taking appointments at our new location beginning September 1, 2020. Can't wait to see you then!
